For a ceramic planter delivery issue, a customer may choose to send photos showing the outer carton, protective inserts, ceramic rim, saucer edge, drainage opening, footed base, flat wall-back, or glaze surface. Ymxvd uses this information to understand whether the concern is transit damage, a missing saucer, an incorrect planter shape, a glaze or finish question, or another order-specific support matter.

These photos and messages are handled as customer support records. They help us resolve the current Ymxvd order and, where necessary, document a return, exchange, refund, carrier review, or payment dispute. They are not used to infer plant ownership habits beyond the support request, and they are not sold as separate customer profiles.

Children, Third-Party Links, and Updates

The Site is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party links or services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal requirements.

We use these details only for order fulfillment, delivery support, payment support, returns, exchanges, fraud screening, and customer service connected to Ymxvd purchases. They are not used to create unrelated gardening profiles or to suggest that Ymxvd sells live plants or outdoor landscaping services.

Planter-Specific Support Data Examples

Ymxvd may receive customer messages that mention plant-display details, but we only use those details to answer the specific order question. For example, a customer might describe that an oval trough planter arrived with a chipped saucer, that a footed cachepot has a glaze concern, or that a wall planter's rear opening needs review. These descriptions help us identify the purchased item and the correct support path.

We do not require customers to disclose plant species, home layout, household members, or decorating plans to buy from Ymxvd. If a customer voluntarily includes that context in a message, it remains part of the customer-service conversation and is handled under this Privacy Policy. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when a photo of the planter, carton, or order label is enough.

When we work with Shopify, payment processors, delivery services, analytics tools, or support tools, the shared information is limited to what is reasonably needed for checkout, delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, returns, refunds, or customer service. Ymxvd does not sell ceramic-planter support photos as image datasets, and we do not use damaged-item photos as advertising material without separate permission.
